The memory I recall the most about my home is moving in about two years ago. My mom, my sister, and I have had previous homes, but they never felt like home since they were always temporary because my rented out houses and apartments. This is my mom's first house she is buying completely on her own. I remember how happy she was and how independent she felt. Since we always rented out houses and apartments I was never able to paint my room. I was so excited to pick out my own paint and decorate my room with my individual style. Finallly, I lived in a house that felt like home.
