To understand the jokes in this video, you would have to know who the two ladies are. Also, you would have to know what they are running for in the election. Clinton was running for President, but lost to Barrack Obama. In the video she announces that she is a huge supporter of Obama, but adds that the proof is on the button placed on her shirt. This is funny because everyone questions Hillary Clinton's true thought on Obama because everyone knows how hard she tried to win this election which makes it difficult to believe she would hand her position over happily to Obama.
